CAT 2017 Selection Process, CAT 2017 Selection Criteria

Although the performance in CAT 2017 examination is one of the most important component of the CAT 2017 admission process, yet each IIM shortlists candidates for second stage of CAT 2017 selection which could be independent of each other. This shortlisting of candidates for admissions in IIMs may include Written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI). IIMs could consider a candidate's previous academic performance, relevant work experience and similar things in determining ranking and short listing of candidates. There could be different varying processes involved and shortlisting criteria may vary for admissions in different IIMs.
